1. PLACING AN ORDER

You can simply place an order at monacoduck.com. Choose a product of your choice and the desired size and put the product into the shopping cart. Your products will be stored in the shopping cart until you have completed your order.

If you want to continue shopping, click on the cross and continue your purchase in the online boutique. If you would like to complete your purchase, click on "Checkout".

Afterwards, our ordering process will guide you step by step through the registration and payment formalities. Just follow the instructions displayed in the browser window.

Before you complete the order, you can view your selection in the shopping cart at any time. Just click on the shopping cart symbol in the navigation at the top of our homepage.

After completing the order you will be informed immediately about the further shipping process. You will first receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you have entered, informing you that we have received your order. As soon as your order has been processed by us and we have given your purchase to DHL, you will receive a further notification by e-mail. All e-mails will include your order number.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Orders within Germany, Austria and Switzerland are free of charge.

All other shipping costs will be calculated automatically by us at check-out depending on the country.

3. SHIPPING

Delivery by DHL

We work together with our logistics partner DHL, who will deliver your order to the delivery address of your choice. Delivery to a DHL packaging station is also possible. If you would like to find out more about DHL's services, you will find all the information you need in the DHL terms and conditions.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your delivery has left our warehouse, you will receive a notification to the e-mail address you have entered. This notification contains the DHL shipment number and the link to the tracking system.

Insurance

Your delivery is insured up to 500€ from the moment of dispatch. If you have placed an order with a much higher value, we will adjust the insurance sum accordingly. We insure each shipment against damage or theft and in this case we will cover the costs incurred.

4. PAYMENT

To pay for the selected goods, you can choose between payment with Paypal, Amazonpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna Sofort and credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Maestro).

Credit Card

When paying by credit card, the amount will be debited directly. For this purpose we use the security software SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This asymmetric encryption method protects the user from third parties accessing the credit card information during transmission. Similarly, we ourselves cannot view the credit card information you provide in the transaction. For this reason, we are not able to credit any other credit card than the one you provide.

Paypal

If you have chosen Paypal as payment method, you will be automatically redirected to Paypal. Follow the instructions that are displayed in your browser window. To complete the payment process, enter your username and password. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can create one and complete the payment process.

Payment by instant bank transfer

If you decide to pay by instant bank transfer, you will be redirected to the official pages of our payment service https://www.sofort.com/. Here the transfer from your bank account will be processed for you. Follow the instructions in the window.

The payment amount will be transferred from the account you have specified. As soon as we have received the payment, we will process your order.

5. RIGHT OF RETURN

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can always return it within 30 days.

The exchange as well as the return against another size or colour is free of charge within Germany. We will send you the new product as soon as we receive your return.

For a smooth return process the product must be unworn and undamaged. Therefore, please make sure that you only try the shoes on a carpet or a soft underlay so that the sole does not get scratched. All legal rights apply independently and are not limited by our offer.

6. DAMAGED ARTICLES AND MISDELIVERIES

We and our shipping partner DHL always strive for a smooth order process. Nevertheless, in extremely rare cases it may happen that you receive damaged goods or goods other than those ordered. In these cases we would like to ask you to contact one of our service staff immediately. Of course we will take the item back and refund the purchase price or, if you like, arrange an exchange. Simply write us a message in our contact area or send an e-mail to hello@monacoduck.com.

After we have received and checked the goods, we will refund your money immediately. The credit will always be issued via the payment method you chose when you initially paid the purchase price. We will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible. However, there may be 10-14 days between the time we receive the goods and the refund of the purchase price. We have no influence on this period. Rather, it depends on your credit card company.
